Calling All Cooks

 For the 32nd consecutive year we invite you to enter the Black Cuisine Cook-off.   Do you have a beef recipe that your family and friends rave about?  Do your Church members nearly swoon over your 7-Up cake, stand in line for your collard greens and cornbread muffins.  Do your dinner guests arrive early to make sure they don’t miss a drop of your casserole?    Submit your best recipe for a chance at the first place ribbon.

We invite Contestants to submit  a wide range of home-cooked dishes, from casseroles, collard greens, meats, and salads to delicious mouth-watering desserts.
